Today we started our pumpkin investigation. We first made predictions whether a pumpkin would sink or float when placed in a bucket of water. Twenty-two students predicted it would sink and seventeen predicted it would float. They ended up floating!
Next, we measured the height of the pumpkins using cubes.
Our next task, we weighed our pumpkins.
