STEM Project: Building a Bridge

We challenge our students with a monthly STEAM homework project every couple of months. For winter break, they had to create a bridge.

This week we continue to study animals and their winter habitats. Our focus was on Arctic animals. Here are some of our students STEAM creations.

We have been learning about what animals do during the winter. They either hibernate, migrate, or stay active. Our STEM challenge was to create a shelter for an animal that hibernates using pipe cleaners. Here are some of our creations.
